Bio:
David started off in the commercial construction field after attending Boston College, working with the same general contractor for seven years. After gaining this experience, he decided to join Industrial Concepts Brokerage as a sales agent and marketing director, specializing in commercial and industrial buildings sales and leasing. David has overseen the development of industrial properties from start to finish, and has experience in property management. This past year he joined the Blueprint Brokers team assisting his father Fred Massa Broker/Owner of Industrial Concepts Brokerage which is the parent company of Blueprint Brokers. He hopes to open new doors in the residential market, while staying focused on the commercial end as well.
